Entry-Level Career Programs (4 to 8 weeks to complete)
Jump-start your medical career in just weeks, for free. Gain hands-on experience that immediately qualifies you for an entry-level job and increases your chances of advancing into one of our high-demand apprenticeships.
Apprenticeship Programs for Adults (1 to 2.5 years to complete)
Train for greater advancement. Earn a paycheck and college credit while working toward industry-recognized credentials. To be eligible, first you need to get hired by one of our participating employers for a job that matches one of our apprenticeship pathways. Register for a discovery session to learn more here.

Apprenticeship College of Health (less than 2 years to complete)
Build your career in behavioral health while working towards an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in social science and a professional certification—without taking on student loan debt. This new opportunity is designed for individuals interested in the Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) apprenticeship pathway. Learn more here.
College in High School – Apprenticeships for Youth (2 years to complete)
Earn free college credit while you train to become a licensed professional and get opportunities for paid on-the-job training – all while earning your high school diploma.
Advanced Education & Funding Opportunities (duration varies)
We build programs to fill critical skills and certification gaps. Explore our advanced training offerings and apply to fund your own ideas. These advanced programs are free for eligible members. If you are not a member, you are also welcome to join; however, fees must be self-paid or covered by an employer.
